Tara Allen

Administrative Assistant, Partners in D

Tara Allen is the administrative assistant for the Partners in D program.  She is responsible for the program’s overall administrative and logistical operations.

Ms. Allen also serves as the pharmacy coordinator for the PRICE Clinic at Mercy Medical Group in Sacramento.  The clinic helps senior patients evaluate and balance the cost of their prescription medications.  At the PRICE Clinic, Ms. Allen is responsible for the daily communication and correspondence with patients.  Before joining the clinic staff, she was the administrative assistant for Mercy Medical Group’s department of pharmacy where she had overall responsibility for financial accounting, documentation, and meeting logistics.  She also worked in the human resources department of Mercy Medical Group as the administrative assistant for employee relations and compensation. 

Ms. Allen earned an Associate Arts degree from San Joaquin Delta Community College.  She joined UCSF in 2007 and Mercy Medical Group in 1998.
