Eric Davila is the Partners in D program web manager, a position that entails connecting people to information, much like the Partners in D project itself.
 
Mr. Davila oversees all of the program’s web-related activities, including it’s public web presence and the private collaborative and administrative tools for the Partners in D team. He has extensive experience developing and extending web applications, realizing web designs, and administrating servers.
 
Before joining the Partners in D team, Mr. Davila served as a computer network technologist with the Institute for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Research (ISBER) at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).  There he managed and upgraded the public websites for several funded research centers.  His other responsibilities at ISBER included configuring new computers and providing desktop support for the institute’s faculty members and other researchers.  Previous to that, Mr. Davila worked as both a teaching assistant and research assistant while pursuing research and training in the field of geography. 

Mr. Davila earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental earth resources from Texas Christian University.  Mr. Davila joined the Partners in D team in 2007.
